Job summary

Ypto NV is seeking an Application Owner to oversee a portfolio of SNCB applications, ensuring performance, stability, and seamless integration. You will coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, document solutions, and guide lifecycle management from development to decommissioning.

The role includes end-to-end portfolio management, sprint-aligned change coordination, and escalation handling, with a focus on collaboration with security, architecture, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• At least 3 years in roles like Application Owner, Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst or similar.
• Available to work onsite two times per week.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for incidents, problems, and service requests within the application portfolio.
• Document implemented solutions and support production releases.
• Own end-to-end management, monitoring, and lifecycle of applications to ensure continuity and integration.
• Create and manage the application portfolio backlog and roadmap; coordinate changes across sprints and releases.
• Advise Business Process Owners and IT Management on projects and portfolio evolution; coordinate issue analyses.
• Manage interactions with suppliers, including contract management, RFP processes, and follow-up.
