Job summary

argenx is seeking a Head of Procurement Excellence to build and lead the Centre of Excellence powering our end-to-end procurement organization. You will drive procurement transformation, source-to-pay excellence, and digital/AI-enabled capabilities across the function to deliver measurable business value.

You will manage a global, multi-disciplinary team, partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal, and set a multi-year capability roadmap that positions procurement as a strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading procurement transformation, process excellence, or procurement Centres of Excellence within large global organizations.
• Experience leading digital and AI transformation initiatives within procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global procurement transformation agenda across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Define and execute a multi-year procurement capability roadmap with measurable impact.
• Build and develop advanced procurement capabilities, including analytics, supplier risk & performance management, and negotiation excellence.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align procurement priorities with broader enterprise objectives.
