Job summary

argenx is seeking a Quality Compliance Lead to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of key QMS processes. You will own deviations, change controls, Continuous Improvement and Quality Intelligence, partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and other functions to strengthen quality oversight and operational excellence.

This role drives a proactive quality culture, identifies quality risks, and aligns with regulatory expectations while supporting digital transformation

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to own and improve quality processes across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own global deviation management process and ensure timely closure.
• Own global change control process with robust impact assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality metrics across QMS.
• Establish and maintain Quality Intelligence frameworks and KPIs.
• Support inspections, audits and health authority interactions.
