Qualifications
- Progressive strategic and operational sourcing experience in biotech/pharma.
- Experience sourcing DS/DP CDMOs, clinical CROs in GxP environments.
- Strong commercial and negotiation instincts with scientific fluency.
Responsabilités
- Build external manufacturing partner networks delivering DS/DP across clinical and commercial needs.
- Design resilient supply networks with multi-source strategies and launch readiness.
- Own long-term external manufacturing strategy across clinical and commercial phases.
- Shape CRO and lab partner networks to support a growing global trial portfolio.
- Move sourcing from gatekeeping to empowered cross-functional teams.
