Customs4trade (C4T) seeks a Head of Onboarding to scale our enterprise onboarding and implementation services. You will own the strategy, structure, and performance while staying hands-on on select projects.

Lead a growing team, manage complex SaaS delivery for Fortune 500 customers, and partner with Sales for realistic scoping. Hybrid work and a mobility‑conscious culture support sustainable high performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS delivery and hands-on project experience.
• Proven experience leading a team of PMs or consultants in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of delivery metrics, resource planning, and scalable processes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with clear communication across levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Onboarding & Implementation Services team, setting direction and delivery standards.
• Personally lead key implementation projects from scoping through go-live.
• Own delivery performance across the team: timelines, customer satisfaction and outcomes.
• Drive core KPIs like Time to First Value and resource utilization.
• Handle escalation management for at-risk projects with stakeholders.
• Engage senior executives at large accounts as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales to ensure realistic scoping and smooth handover.
• Plan capacity, hiring, workload and pipeline as the team scales.
• Report team performance and KPIs to leadership, highlighting risks and wins.
• Liaise with Product to feed implementation feedback into the roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and templates.
