Deliverect is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise clients through seamless technical integrations of our API-first platform. You will lead multi-project implementations, train clients and partners, and tailor solutions using your in-depth knowledge of our product suite and integrations.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of our workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Fluency in English is required; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven track record delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
• Familiarity with logging and error monitoring tools (Grafana, Sentry) and the ability to dive into logs to troubleshoot.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and ticketing systems (Zendesk) is preferred.

Your Impact

As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by guiding key customers through a seamless technical implementation process. Your direct engagement and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions, fostering long-term client relationships, and directly contributing to Deliverect’s growth and impact.

This will be either a full-time, hybrid role

What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on project execution and escalating significant scope changes (approx. 40% of the time).
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands‑on support during and post‑implementation to resolve technical issues (approx 30% of the time).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring the Deliverect platform to align with specific client needs and delivering customised solutions using your deep knowledge of our product suite and integration capabilities (approx. 30% of the time).
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients (approx. 20% of the time).
• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation workflows and platform enhancements (approx. 10% of the time).

What you will Bring

• Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as an Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Specialist or Technical Account Manager, preferably within a SaaS company.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Great troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
• Familiarity with logging and error monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry) and the ability to delve into logs to troubleshoot.
