- Advise the CEO on growth opportunities, market developments and strategic decisions.
Digital marketing & performance
- Lead digital marketing across websites, SEO, SEA, social media, CRM, marketing automation and digital advertising.
- Optimise lead generation, conversion, customer engagement and marketing ROI through data, analytics and market insights.
- Drive digital innovation, automation and the adoption of relevant AI-powered marketing solutions.

- Manage brand positioning and communication, balancing regional consistency with local market, language and customer needs.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, content, events and trade marketing.
- Partner with sales leadership to strengthen customer acquisition, retention, lead management and long-term B2B relationships.
- Build strong relationships with international brand partners, OEMs, agencies and other stakeholders, identifying synergies across brands and markets.
- Manage product portfolios and lifecycles, ensuring alignment with market demand, customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor positioning, costs and profitability targets.
- Monitor product and sales performance, coordinate price updates and product launches, and manage OEM relationships.
Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team while managing budgets, agencies and resources effectively.
- Report directly to the CEO on KPIs, investments, lead generation, brand development and commercial impact, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Who are you?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience, including senior marketing leadership, strategy, budget management and execution.
- Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing, brand management, B2B lead generation, product management and pricing.
- Experience managing multiple brands and markets; automotive experience, particularly in distribution, aftermarket or mobility, is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of the Benelux business environment and local market dynamics.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to translate marketing investments into measurable business results and lead teams, agencies and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with the confidence to contribute to executive-level decisions.
Your mindset makes the difference
You are entrepreneurial, commercially driven and opportunity-focused. You combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, take ownership of decisions and results, and challenge conventional thinking constructively. As an inspiring and decisive leader, you set clear priorities, develop people and turn ideas into action in a fast-moving environment.
Where will you be working?
Our client is a Belgian company acting as the Benelux importer for three brands in the commercial vehicle segment. It is a key player in the Belgian automotive industry, with decades of experience and a strong specialisation in commercial vehicles. The company also plays an important role in the transition to electric mobility, offering an expanding range of electric commercial vehicle solutions in response to the strong growth in demand for EVs in recent years.
Working for our client offers the best of both worlds: the strength and stability of an established importer with decades of experience, combined with the freedom and agility of a scale-up. You will have plenty of room for entrepreneurship and initiative, with the opportunity to help establish and grow a new brand in the market.
What's in it for you?
- A senior leadership role with full marketing responsibility for three brands across the Benelux.
- Direct access to the CEO and a genuine opportunity to influence business strategy and growth.
- Significant autonomy to shape the marketing function and drive innovation.
- A dynamic B2B automotive environment combining strategic responsibility with tangible commercial impact.
- Close collaboration with sales leadership and international business partners.
- An entrepreneurial culture that values initiative, accountability and results.
- A workplace in Bornem, with at least four office days per week and one day working from home.
- And of course, a salary reflecting the seniority of the position, a range of fringe benefits including group and health insurance, net allowance, meal vouchers, a company car with charge pass, 12 additional vacation days, and a substantial bonus.
In line with European Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, we are committed to open communication about compensation. During an initial conversation, either by phone or face-to-face, we will transparently discuss the salary range and all additional benefits. This ensures a fair, informed and non-discriminatory recruitment process.
