Sopra Steria is seeking a Head of Managed Services in Belgium to lead and evolve a key service line within Digital Platform Services. Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Managed Services, IT outsourcing, cloud, infrastructure, workplace, or similar IT services.
• Strong people leadership, ownership and stakeholder management.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive outcomes across teams.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk and regulatory compliance.
• Forward-looking mindset around digital sovereignty, sovereign cloud, automation and AI-enabled operations.
• Professional fluency in Dutch, French and English.
• Higher education degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with IT integrator or MSP and nearshore/offshore delivery models is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the service line performance, priorities, and evolution.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete tactical roadmaps, initiatives, priorities, and actions.
• Drive implementation across teams, remove obstacles, and ensure initiatives deliver the intended business and operational outcomes.
• Own the financial performance of the service line, including budget, forecast, gross margin, and corrective actions.
• Lead a team of people managers, service delivery managers and technical professionals, building an engaged and high-performing organization.
• Ensure operational stability and act as a senior escalation point when service delivery is at risk.
• Drive capacity, competence, recruitment, certification, and succession planning.
• Support strategic bids and take ownership of Managed Services commitments, transition estimates, and run pricing.
• Drive standardization, automation, industrialization, and continuous improvement across Managed Services.
• Strengthen collaboration with nearshore and offshore delivery teams and further develop hybrid delivery models.
• Own service-line governance, risk management, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Ensure Managed Services processes and controls support relevant regulatory and security requirements, including ISO 27001, NIS2 and DORA, while preparing for emerging frameworks such as CADA.
• Work closely with security, risk and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational controls and customer services.
• Track performance through clear KPIs and a balanced scorecard.
• Contribute to the evolution of our capabilities in digital sovereignty, sovereign cloud, AI operations and AI-enabled service management.
