Sopra Steria is seeking a Head of Managed Services in Belgium to lead and evolve a key service line within Digital Platform Services. You will own the service line's performance, translate strategy into actionable programs, and drive delivery with a multi-disciplinary team across nearshore and offshore partners.

You will manage budget, forecast and governance, ensuring security, compliance and ongoing transformation while building a high-performing, value-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Managed Services or IT outsourcing.
• Strong ownership mindset and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the service line strategy, priorities and evolution.
• Translate strategy into tactical roadmaps, initiatives and actions.
• Drive implementation, track progress and remove obstacles to deliver results.
• Own the financial performance: budget, forecast, gross margin and corrective actions.
• Lead a team of managers and professionals to build a high-performing organization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness for the service line.
