Sopra Steria Next Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex client engagements at the intersection of business, technology, data, and AI. In this role you will own projects, manage relationships, and contribute to business development across Belgian organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 3 years of professional and relevant experience in consulting.
• Digital Transformation: proven experience contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients.
• Areas of Expertise: IT Advisory, Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
• Industry Knowledge: knowledge of Public Sector, Financial Services, or Industry sectors.
• Certifications: Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe; PSPO I/II or Scrum.org is a strong plus.
• Consulting Mindset: ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Languages: fluent in Dutch or French, good working knowledge of other national language, fluent in English.
