Job summary
Sopra Steria is seeking a Head of Managed Services to lead the Digital Platform Services line in Belgium. You will own the service line, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery, financial performance, and governance.
You will manage a diverse team, collaborate across the group, and advance a standardized, secure, AI-enabled MSP model. You will shape governance, risk, and compliance while developing capabilities and optimizing hybrid delivery with
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and ownership capabilities across large teams.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen for service lines.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive outcomes.
- Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the service line performance, roadmap, priorities and evolution.
- Translate strategic objectives into tactical roadmaps and actions.
- Lead a team of managers, service delivery and technical professionals.
- Own financial performance: budget, forecast, gross margin, actions.
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across MSP.
- Collaborate with nearshore and offshore delivery for hybrid models.
