Venax is seeking a skilled manager for P&L responsibilities in their road and intermodal operations. The role involves developing strategic customer relationships and leading a team.

This position starts fully remote until a final office location is established in Belgium. Candidates with 3-5+ years in logistics management and fluency in Dutch and English are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years management experience in freight forwarding/logistics, especially in Road/FTL and Intermodal.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and KPI management.
• Fluent in Dutch; English proficiency at least B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Manage P&L in road and intermodal operations.
• Acquire and expand key client relationships.
• Recruit and coach team members to improve performance.
