Editx is assisting an established international banking institution operating in Luxembourg. The Head of IT will define and strengthen the local technology governance framework, aligning with business strategy, risk appetite, and Group Technology standards.

The role oversees ICT risk management, regulatory interactions with CSSF, digital operational resilience, audits, and technology risk reporting to senior leadership while guiding transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the local technology governance agenda with committees, KPIs, KRIs, and reporting structures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technology-related regulatory matters with the CSSF and coordinate responses, inspections, reviews, and remediation.
• Own the local ICT risk management framework including risk identification, assessment, reporting, mitigation planning, and monitoring.
• Provide clear and actionable technology risk reporting to senior management and governance bodies.
• Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of DORA requirements and digital operational resilience capabilities.
• Oversee ICT incident management processes, resilience testing, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Manage third-party technology risks, including outsourced services, cloud environments, contractual obligations, information registers, and exit strategies.
• Monitor technology service delivery, performance, capacity, control effectiveness, vulnerabilities, and resilience metrics.
• Coordinate internal and external audits while ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Group Technology stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the local technology team while promoting a strong governance, risk, and control culture.
• Support strategic technology initiatives, transformation programmes, and regulatory projects across the organisation.
