Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Head of Food & Beverage for a leading hospitality operation in Brussels. You will lead and inspire multiple outlets and events, driving guest satisfaction, quality, and innovation.

This role carries full P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasts, and initiatives to grow revenue while optimising costs. You will recruit and develop talent and partner with senior management on long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior Food & Beverage leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, premium venues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets/events and drive profitability.
• Experience with budgets and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire F&B teams across multiple outlets and events.
• Oversee daily operations, standards, and guest experiences.
• Drive commercial performance through revenue growth and cost optimisation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L for the department.
• Analyse performance and pursue continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with culinary/operational teams to ensure quality and innovation.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent; build succession plans.
• Partner with senior management on long-term objectives.
