Job summary
BEA Sensors Europe seeks a Digital Services & Data Insights Manager to lead the transformation of our digital ecosystem, services and data capabilities across Europe. You will shape roadmaps, orchestrate platforms and dashboards, and drive value through customer-focused digital offerings.
You will partner with Marketing, Product Management, Sales and IT to build scalable content, monetization concepts and data-driven insights that improve product adoption and customer loyalty in a dynamic, B2B
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and strong affinity for technology.
- 8+ years in Digital Services, Digital Product Management or BI related roles.
- Experience building digital platforms and data-driven business tools.
- Ability to translate initiatives into measurable business impact.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial and cross-functional influencer.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Digital Services & Data Insights roadmap by setting priorities and translating initiatives into business value.
- Structure tools, platforms, services and content to simplify access to information and support.
- Develop training and scalable content to improve product adoption and customer enablement.
- Explore future digital services and monetization models such as connected services and premium features.
- Connect product, installation, customer and market data to generate actionable insights for teams.
- Create dashboards and BI tools to support sales, product and technical decisions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders (PM, Marketing, Sales, IT, EU leadership).
- Build the future Digital Services & Data Insights function, shaping the capability within BEA Europe.
