Job summary
BEA Sensors in Liège seeks a Digital Services & Data Insights Manager to shape and grow BEA Europe’s digital ecosystem, services, and data capabilities. You will lead cross-functional programs to improve product adoption, customer experience, and monetization opportunities, while building dashboards and advanced analytics for Sales, Product Management and Technical Support.
You will drive collaboration across Marketing, Sales, IT and Engineering, and shape the future of our digital services
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong tech affinity.
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Services, Digital Product Management, or related functions.
- Fluency in French and English.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Digital Services & Data Insights roadmap.
- Develop BEA Europe’s digital ecosystem and data capabilities.
- Improve customer enablement and product adoption.
- Develop monetization models for connected services.
- Create dashboards and BI tools for sales and product teams.
- Collaborate across functions including Sales, IT, and Marketing.
