Job summary

UCB, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Digital Technology Lead for Commercial Analytics to shape data-powered decisions across Medical, Marketing and Commercial teams. You will lead strategic data initiatives, modernize reporting platforms and drive AI-enabled insights in a cross-functional setting.

You will manage 10–15 external consultants and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions while ensuring compliant, scalable analytics environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, data analytics, business, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in pharma supporting commercial, medical, marketing or customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience managing complex projects, budgets, vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead external teams of consultants, developers, or project managers.
• Familiar with IT service management practices and data governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into data and tech solutions.
• Oversee major transformation programs including reporting platform modernization.
• Drive adoption of modern analytics tech, cloud data platforms and AI-enabled reporting.
• Manage roadmaps, budgets, vendors, governance and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with tech and data teams to maintain reliable analytics environments.
