Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience leading technical teams in a technology-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and French; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Technical Project Leaders team to ensure ownership and accountability.
• Align technical execution with business priorities and market needs.
• Shape the architecture of BEA’s product portfolio for modularity and long-term sustainability.
• Drive execution excellence with focus on innovation, quality, timing, cost and business value.
• Participate in technical governance, risk assessment and prioritisation to support informed decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement across tools, standards and ways of working.
• Ensure quality, safety and sustainability in development practices.
