Ageas Corporate Centre in Brussels seeks an experienced Senior Finance professional to lead accounting and closing processes, ensuring IFRS and Belgian GAAP reporting. You will drive internal controls, automation, and business partnering with treasury, tax and HR teams.

The role requires 7+ years in finance, team leadership, and fluency in English with French/Dutch capabilities. A hybrid work model with up to 50% home office is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience; Big Four experience is a plus.
• Experience leading a small team and managing accounting functions.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize operational processes (expense notes, accounts payable, cost reporting, treasury back-office).
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure timely and qualitative financial reporting (BGAAP and IFRS).
• Oversee reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and journal entries.
• Manage forecast and budget process for holding companies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and regulators.
• Support internal controls and automation improvements.
