Job summary

Movify is seeking a Head of AI to drive growth of its dedicated AI practice and lead client engagements across industries. You will start by hiring an AI Engineering Lead, then build a high-performing team and scale the practice with refined offerings and GTM strategies.

You will advise C-level leaders on AI strategy, run discovery phases, and shape executive workshops to prioritise high-impact AI initiatives. Fluency in Dutch or French and strong English are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI, data or digital product roles, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record selling, shaping and delivering AI programmes.
• Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow AI business and lead client engagements end-to-end.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI team, starting with the AI Engineering Lead.
• Refine service offering, positioning and go-to-market for AI practice.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and cloud providers.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on AI strategy and investment decisions.
• Speak at events, host roundtables and publish insights publicly.
