Telenet is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead GenAI to anchor the AI Boost & Consultancy team. You will design and build agentic GenAI solutions, guide business tribes from use-case selection to MVP, and ensure production-ready delivery.

You will mentor Data Strategists and GenAI Engineers, raise engineering standards, and drive best practices across Boost deliverables. Fluent English is required; Dutch/French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency for GenAI engineering and rapid prototyping.
• Hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical GenAI solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical delivery in Boost engagements with tribes.
• Design scalable agentic GenAI architectures and select models, tools, and patterns.
• Code, prototype and cocreate to advance the team.
• Coach Data Strategists and GenAI Engineers; raise engineering standards.
• Define and enforce technical standards, CI/CD, and documentation.
