Job summary

La Fosse, a fast-growing AI consultancy in Belgium, is seeking a client-facing consultant to turn AI hype into real results. From day one you’ll run workshops, identify where AI adds value, and translate ideas into actionable plans.

You’ll work closely with founders, shaping how the business grows, and enjoy a fast track into AI with varied client work and real influence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Client delivery experience in consulting, BA, change or transformation.
• 2-5 years experience in relevant roles.
• Fluent English; Dutch; French a big plus.
• Confident, engaging workshop facilitation.
• Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for AI.

Responsibilities

• Run engaging workshops, from boardroom to shop floor.
• Find and prioritise AI use cases that solve real problems.
• Turn insight into roadmaps and business cases.
• Help client teams adopt new ways of working.
• Shape proposals and a growing service offering.
