PwC Belgium’s Human Capital team is migrating its worker instructions, policies, and knowledge materials to a new SharePoint environment. We are looking for a motivated student to support this transition during October 2026.

You will work with SMEs to review, clean, reformat, and migrate content, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across the organization. Strong English writing is required; French/Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor/Master), any field of study.
• Highly structured and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms (SharePoint experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong written communication skills in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
• Available full-time for the full month of October 2026.

Responsabilités

• Support the review and clean up existing HC documentation (policies, work instructions, guides, FAQs, etc.) before migration
• Reformat content to align with new SharePoint templates and style guidelines
• Upload and organize content within the new SharePoint structure
• Create and verify internal links, references, and cross-document connections
• Check for outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and flag it to SMEs
• Collaborate closely with SMEs to validate content accuracy and completeness
• Maintain a tracking overview of migration progress
• Support with basic quality checks (broken links, formatting errors, accessibility of documents)
