Paradox seeks a hands-on Growth Engineer to split funnels, rebuild for conversions, and ship experiments—copy, landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted assets. You’ll leverage Claude Code and lightweight automation to accelerate asset creation and testing, shipping results that outpace traditional teams.

You’ll own funnels, assets, and data-driven testing, collaborating with a fast-moving team to push growth loops and measurable outcomes across channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in growth, CRO, growth experimentation, or performance marketing, ideally SaaS/e‑commerce/digital products.
• Portfolio of tests, landing pages, automations, and audiences built and shipped.
• You already use AI daily to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsabilités

• Build & ship experiments (CRO & A/B testing): design, launch, analyze tests — headlines, pricing, offers.
• AI leverage: use Claude Code and lightweight automation (n8n/Make) for prompt pipelines, creatives, and small tools.
• Build funnels & assets: landing pages in Webflow, automations, tracking setups; ensure the machine works before scaling.
• Hunt friction: identify drop‑offs, audit pages, propose fixes, and ship tests rapidly.
• Read the data: analyze GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity to extract insights and measure impact.
• Contribute to channels & growth loops: test acquisition angles, optimize retention, referrals, content → product.
