Monizze seeks a hands-on marketing leader to run and develop four specialists across growth, ops, web/content and events. You’ll set priorities, coach the team, and align with Sales, Product, CX, Data and IT to deliver connected campaigns and measurable impact.

You’ll drive tool strategy, AI-enabled workflows and a unified marketing engine that ties paid, web, email, events and partnerships into one revenue and adoption machine.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing squads and coaching senior specialists.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional marketing programs.
