Hospitaliti in Brussels is seeking a customer-friendly waiter to welcome guests, seat them, and assist with menu choices. You will interact with guests in English and French while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Role responsibilities include inputting orders into the POS, ensuring accuracy, serving according to service standards, and helping with mise en place and table maintenance to guarantee a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be pleasant in appearance and personality.
• Must read/write/speak English and French to an international level.
• Must show flexibility and willingness to work.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and seat guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with beverage and food choices and up-sell specials.
• Take accurate orders and double-check them.
• Input orders in the POS system as per operating manual.
• Ensure cutlery and mise en place are set correctly.
• Prepare accompaniments to accompany orders.
• Serve items per service standards and guest requests.
• Assist with any additional guest requests and ensure comfort.
• Provide warm, prompt, efficient service without being overbearing.
• Clean and reset tables during and after service.
• Know all menu items and beverage options.
• Maintain correct setup of all service stations and equipment.
