Job summary

Brussels Hotels Association is seeking a Receptionist for our health club, delivering a warm, efficient welcome to Members and handling inquiries.

You will manage bookings, assist with payments, and collaborate with all club departments. Fluency in French and English is required, another European language is a plus. Shifts run from 06:30 to 23:00, including weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• First experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Fluent in French and English; another European language is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, shifts are between 06.30-23.00 and weekends are open.
• Stress resistant.
• Highly organized and at ease with reservation software.
• High team spirit.
• High energy level.

Responsibilities

• You welcome Members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome.
• You deal with telephone enquiries.
• You take bookings promptly and efficiently.
• You deal with Members complaints and answer requests/questions.
• You collect all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change.
• You interact and co-operate fully with all Club Departments.
