Square Management Belgium is seeking a proactive Business Manager to contribute to growth through business development, recruitment and consultant management. Based in Brussels, you will develop your own management unit and, after achieving objectives, be promoted to Manager to train Junior Managers.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning about different sectors and market trends
• Client-oriented attitude and strong communication toward business management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with Brussels base and willingness to operate in other countries
• Dynamic, diplomatic, forward-thinking personality with strong analytical and creative skills
• Experience or strong interest in business development or sales is a plus
• Previous business manager experience in a consulting firm a strong plus

Responsabilités

• Business development: prospecting, appointments, discussions with managers and directors, responding to tenders, presentations, negotiations and monitoring assignments.
• Recruitment: managing the recruitment process for consultants from training programmes, from sourcing to closing.
• Management: supporting consultants, onboarding, skills development and collaboration on business development.
