Profile Group in Brussels seeks a Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead the commercial growth of the Brussels office. You will work with Senior Managers to strengthen market positioning, visibility, and client development initiatives.

You will report to the Senior MBD Manager Benelux and collaborate with the regional Marketing & Business Development Team. Occasional travel to Amsterdam is required for training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Development role, ideally within a service company.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, compelling messaging.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines while working closely with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership of tasks and initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and openness to adopting new digital tools, including AI-based solutions.
• The ability to build credibility across all levels of the organisation.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior Management in developing tailored pitches, proposals, and responses to RFQs.
• Monitor market trends and client activities to identify potential opportunities.
• Build strong internal networks across offices and teams to facilitate collaboration with Brussels.
• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including credentials, presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
• Ensure the Brussels office webpages and external content remain up to date and impactful.
• Coordinate and support client events, seminars, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date BD databases and internal records.
