Job summary

Relu is a Leuven-based AI start-up automating the 3D design of dental appliances. We are seeking a commercially driven generalist to help define targets, build workflows, engage customers, and contribute to revenue in a fast-moving AI startup environment.

You will segment markets, build ICPs, create outbound campaigns using Claude, Clay and HubSpot, and collaborate with product and leadership to grow the business while learning quickly.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven and analytical generalist with ownership mindset.
• Structured thinker who can design and optimize processes.
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern sales tooling.
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms.
• Clear and professional communication; comfortable engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Define ICPs and refine segmentation to target priorities.
• Build prospecting and enrichment workflows using Claude, Clay and HubSpot.
• Execute outbound campaigns and book meetings with potential clients.
• Support account development and identify expansion opportunities.
• Explore and validate new segments and geographies.
