Relu in Leuven is seeking a Business Development / Growth Engineering Intern to help define ICPs, build prospecting workflows, and run outbound campaigns that book meetings.

You will work with AI and modern sales tooling, own pipeline discipline, and collaborate with engineering to blend commercial execution with tech thinking. English fluency and valid Belgium work authorization required.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
• Available for at least 6 week internship.

Responsabilidades

• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles and target segments.
• Build and own prospecting workflows using automation tools like Claude, Clay, and HubSpot.
• Execute outbound campaigns that book qualified meetings and advance deals.
• Establish structured pipeline discipline that scales with growth.
• Qualify prospects, assess fit, and maintain tight follow-up across the book of business.
• Create systems that blend commercial execution with engineering thinking.
