Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking an energetic intern for our Groups & Events Sales Team. You will start with a brief immersion in operational departments, then join the Booking Success team to handle group and meeting sales and respond to guest inquiries with outstanding service.

You will work with the Sales team to boost revenue and occupancy across rooms and meeting spaces, supporting the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Internship agreement for minimum five months, preferably longer.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Immersion in operational departments (Group Operations Success, Banqueting, Front Office).
• Join Booking Success to handle group and meeting sales.
• Respond to guest inquiries by email/phone/in-person with outstanding service.
• Collaborate with Sales to boost revenue and occupancy of rooms and meeting spaces.
• Help implement successful sales strategies.
