Job summary

Minor Hotels in Brussels offers a six-month placement at the Central Sales Office Belgium. The sales team promotes and sells the hotel chain globally to Belgian clients. You will support corporate, MICE and airlines activities, conduct market research, and participate in client events.

Fluent English is required and knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, responsibility, and a proactive, creative approach within a friendly, international hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• French or Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales department with day-to-day tasks (Corporate, MICE & airlines).
• Perform market research on potential target markets.
• Participate in call projects to accounts with the team.
• Assist in organizing educational tours and client events.
• Organize and execute mailings when necessary.
• Update CRM data and support in reporting and data analysis.
• Manage a small portfolio of mixed clients.
