ExxonMobil is seeking a candidate for its HR Rotational Development Program in the Antwerp area. You will rotate through HR roles, gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, labor relations, employee relations, and programs design, with a focus on Dutch-language communication.

We look for students with a Master's in HR or related field, strong academic performance, leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to start a full-time career in HR after graduation.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Ability to operate with autonomy in a changing environment.
• Previous internship or HR-related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Dutch with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive talent solutions based on data insights and execute processes to improve business performance.
• Execute labor strategies and manage day-to-day labor relations activities.
• Investigate misconduct allegations and potential policy violations.
• Develop branding and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent to raise organizational capability.
• Design programs, plans and guidelines to meet business needs in line with corporate intent.
• Leverage analytics to ensure optimal resource development and deployment for near-term and longer-term needs.
