Job summary

ExxonMobil offers internship opportunities for graduate engineers at our Antwerp area sites. Interns work on well-defined projects and are coached by an ExxonMobil coordinator in a young, dynamic environment that gives a clear view of a typical starting position with ExxonMobil.

Typical projects include process simulation, safety studies, monitoring software, and economic studies, with a 4 to 6 weeks duration during summertime.

Qualifications

• University students in their 3rd year of Bachelor or 1st year Master.
• MSc Civil Engineering and Bioscience Engineering are required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the internship projects in process simulation, safety studies and monitoring software.
• Assist in economic studies and other engineering tasks.
• Work under the guidance of a dedicated ExxonMobil coordinator in Antwerp.
• Gain exposure to real-world engineering in a multinational energy company.

During your internship you will perform a project for one of our engineering departments and learn to work independently in a professional environment.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with inspiring and diverse teams and join us for a 4 to 6
weeks internship during summertime.

About you:

• University students: Msc Civil Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Applied Physics) and Bioscience Engineering (Chemistry & Bioprocess Technology, Catalytic Technology), in their3rd year Bachelor or 1st year Master
• fluency in Dutch and English
