Job summary

Reply Belgium is seeking a Graduate CRM & Technology Consultant to work with leading organizations on customer engagement and business applications. From day one, you’ll join client projects, collaborating with experienced consultants and stakeholders while building expertise in Microsoft technologies and digital transformation.

You will participate in all project phases, implement Dynamics 365 CRM, and design solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and web technologies such as C#, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or related technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business environments.
• Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of consulting and technology projects, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related business applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and configure solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other modern technologies.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and best-practice recommendations.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex client issues.
• Support testing activities and quality assurance efforts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work closely with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and user experiences through technology.Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
