Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Sales, or related fields.
• Age up to 30 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
• Knowledge of the local market advantageous.
• Experience in Gold Loan / LAP / Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle Gold Loan sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Generate new customers through field visits, references, leads, and local market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain Gold Loan products, features, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and processes.
• Follow up with customers and support them throughout the loan journey.
• Develop the local market and generate new business opportunities.
