Axis Group - HR Advisor in Belgium is seeking a driven Personal Banker to be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions in investments, insurance and loans, with a focus on development, comprehensive training and regional opportunities for growth.

• You serve as the client’s primary point of contact and build a strong relationship with them.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with a background in economics, or has relevant and extensive experience in the industry.
• Has a strong interest in financial products and trends.

• Works well as part of a team but can also function independently when necessary.
• Has a natural business acumen and feels comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
