Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Global Test Manager to drive the testing strategy for a major global transformation programme, overseeing AMOS deployments across airline operations from test planning through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities include leading UAT, integration, regression, performance testing and coordinating distributed test teams while ensuring governance, defect resolution and quality metrics are achieved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software and business testing experience.
• 3+ years as a Test Manager or Test Lead.
• Strong experience leading UAT and business-process validation.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise or COTS implementations.
• At least 2 years of aviation or closely related operational experience.
• ISTQB certification.
• Excellent English communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.

Hi,

We are looking for an experienced Global Test Manager to join a major global transformation programme.

You will lead the testing strategy and quality assurance activities for the global implementation of AMOS, supporting multiple airline operations from test planning through to go-live and post-deployment stabilisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing the global testing strategy
• Leading UAT, integration, regression, performance and end-to-end testing
• Coordinating airline business users and globally distributed test teams
• Managing test governance, defect resolution, reporting and quality metrics
• Preparing cut-over testing and operational readiness activities
• Leading go-live rehearsals and deployment readiness assessments
• Coordinating post-go-live triage and stabilisation
• Working closely with business teams, vendors and implementation partners

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of software and business testing experience
• 3+ years as a Test Manager or Test Lead
• Strong experience leading UAT and business-process validation
• Experience with large-scale enterprise or COTS implementations
• At least 2 years of aviation or closely related operational experience
• Knowledge of tools such as qTest, HP ALM, TestRail or Jira
• ISTQB certification
• Excellent English communication and senior stakeholder-management skills

Experience with AMOS, aviation Maintenance Information Systems, or a Trax-to-AMOS migration would be highly desirable.
