Cloud Power Luxembourg seeks an experienced Test Coach & Quality Expert to strengthen project teams' quality approaches, improve testing processes, and prepare critical releases.

You will blend testing expertise with coaching and governance across multiple teams, identifying risks and driving sustainable QA practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing / quality engineering.
• Proven experience as Test Lead, QA Coach, Quality Engineer or Test Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, end-to-end, regression testing and UAT.
• Proven experience coaching teams and improving testing processes.
• Experience with quality governance, reporting and testing standards across multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English and very good Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Perform independent quality assessments and contribute to go/no-go decisions.

• Develop quality reporting, dashboards, KPIs and management scorecards.
• Establish and improve quality and release governance.
• Capture lessons learned and translate them into standards, templates and best practices.
• Assess test maturity and automation opportunities.
• Advise on test automation tools and explore AI-supported testing solutions.

Test Coach & Quality Expert

For a strategic ICT environment, we are looking for an experienced Test Coach & Quality Expert to help project teams strengthen their quality approach, improve testing processes and successfully prepare critical releases.

You will combine testing expertise, coaching and quality governance, working closely with project teams, stakeholders and management to identify quality risks, optimize test strategies and implement sustainable QA practices.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite (this is not a full-time onsite assignment; 3 days onsite per week are required)

Start: 01/09/2026

Your responsibilities

Technical expertise

• Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Playwright, Tosca or another test automation platform – mandatory
• Experience with quality dashboards, reporting and management scorecards is a plus
• Experience setting up or scaling test automation frameworks is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of AI-supported Quality Engineering solutions is a plus

Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft 365, SAP, ServiceNow, integration platforms, data warehouses or large-scale transformation programs.
