Solids Belgium is seeking a Technical Service Support Engineer to be the technical expert for pharmaceutical and industrial customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. The role blends engineering know-how with strong customer interaction to deliver high-quality service solutions.

You will support service account managers, identify spare parts, develop maintenance plans, and provide remote technical support to customers and field service engineers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools, including AI-supported solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and international stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and P&IDs.
• Experience in spare parts, service operations, installed-base management, or after-sales support is a plus.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance to customers, service teams, and sales colleagues.
• Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on customer requirements and equipment configurations.
• Develop spare parts packages, service documentation, and maintenance plans.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers and field service engineers worldwide.
• Prepare technical proposals for equipment upgrades and modifications.
• Contribute to technical training programs for customers and colleagues.
• Support the resolution of complaints, claims, and technical issues in collaboration with internal experts.
