Solids Belgium, part of the GEA group, is seeking a Technical Service Support Engineer to partner with customers, service teams and sales to ensure optimal performance of pharmaceutical OSD equipment in an international setting. The role combines remote guidance, field service coordination, and technical training.

You will identify spare parts, develop service packages, prepare upgrade proposals, and support complaints with internal experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools, including AI-supported solutions.
• Excellent communication with customers and international stakeholders.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, specifications and P&IDs.

Responsabilités

• Support Service Account Managers and regional teams with technical expertise during the sales process.

• Support the resolution of complaints, claims, and technical issues in collaboration with internal experts.

Responsibilities / Tasks

As Technical Service Support Engineer, you will be a key technical partner for customers, service teams, and sales colleagues. You will provide technical guidance, develop service solutions, and help ensure customers get the most value from their equipment.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile / Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands‑on technical knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools, including AI‑supported solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and international stakeholders.
• The ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, specifications, and P&IDs.
• Experience in spare parts, service operations, installed‑base management, or after‑sales support is considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
