Job summary

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English with the ability to translate complex financial data for a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, identify risks/opportunities, and drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver analyses that support strategic decisions.
• Drive monthly management reporting and ensure accuracy of financial results and KPIs.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and transfer pricing by challenging assumptions and validating business cases.
• Evaluate CAPEX investments, new product launches, and cost-saving projects through thorough financial analysis.
• Report directly to the Finance Director Biscuits & Bakery.
