Aliaxis is seeking a Senior Corporate Strategist to join its Strategy team in a role reporting to the Head of Strategy. You will partner with the Executive Committee to shape enterprise priorities and assist divisions in developing winning market strategies.

You will coach junior team members, build relationships with global leaders, and drive alignment across functions to create sustainable value. International travel is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of strategy experience in top-tier consulting or corporate strategy environments.
• Proven track record leading complex strategic initiatives such as growth strategy, transformation, and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with executive-level reporting and market intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Lead analyses and projects defining, executing, and tracking enterprise strategy.
• Drive high-impact initiatives across business units, including growth, entry, and operating model improvements.
• Identify opportunities/risks via market and competitive analyses and translate insights for senior leaders.
