Aliaxis is seeking a Head of Group Strategy to lead the Horizon 2030 ambition and shape future growth. You will head the Strategy team, partner with the Executive Committee and Board, and drive enterprise strategy while supporting divisions in delivering local strategies across a global footprint.

The role requires leading end-to-end strategy development, extensive internal and external stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering complex strategic initiatives in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering is required with interest in industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting and strategy execution.
• Proven track record leading complex strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Define and track enterprise strategy with the Executive Committee and Board.
• Drive the M&A agenda and build pipelines at group and divisional levels.
• Lead high-impact strategic projects across business units and functions.
• Coordinate and develop the corporate strategy team and talent growth.
