• Experience in internal communications within a global organization.
• Strong collaboration across regions in a matrix setup.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver internal communication strategy and editorial planning for Group priorities.
• Lead governance of channels, content, and storytelling across regions and functions.
• Plan and deliver Group-wide events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Operations and senior leaders to support change communication.
