Aliaxis is seeking a Head of Group Strategy to lead the Horizon 2030 ambition and shape future growth. You will guide the Strategy team, partner with the Group CEO/MD, and support divisions in delivering winning local strategies.

This executive role requires top-tier consulting experience, mastery of enterprise strategy, and a track record in industrial sectors. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, monitor market intelligence, and nurture talent across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end enterprise strategy across industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to drive transformational initiatives and operating model changes.
• Strong communication with C-suite and boards; travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and track enterprise strategy; lead strategic reviews with the Executive Committee and Board.
• Drive the M&A agenda: assess portfolio, identify divestment opportunities, build pipelines at group and divisional levels.
• Deliver high-impact strategic projects for business units and functions to deliver the strategy.
• Identify opportunities with strategic impact and propose value-delivering projects.
• Provide actionable market intelligence to the Executive Committee & Board; benchmark performance.
• Coordinate and develop the corporate strategy team; foster high performance and talent growth.
