Aliaxis is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our Brussels-based team and help shape Horizon 2030. You will lead strategic analyses, partner with the Executive Committee on enterprise priorities, and support market-entry and portfolio optimization across global business units.

You have 5–8 years of strategy experience in top-tier consulting or a corporate environment, a Master’s degree, and strong analytical and presentation skills. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of strategy experience in top-tier consulting or corporate environment.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Track record of leading complex strategic initiatives (growth strategy, transformation, market intelligence, portfolio management).

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic analyses and projects that define, execute, and track Aliaxis' enterprise strategy.
• Drive high-impact initiatives across business units and functions (growth strategy, market entry, transformation, operating model improvement, portfolio optimization).
• Identify strategic opportunities, risks and growth levers via market, customer, competitor, and industry analyses and translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support portfolio strategy, M&A and partnership activities through market assessments and due diligence.
• Build strong relationships with business and functional leaders globally to drive alignment and value creation.
• Coach and support junior members of the Corporate Strategy team to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
