TVH is seeking a strategic Commercial FP&A Manager to lead global sales and marketing financial planning and analysis. You will translate data into actionable insights, support strategic decision making, and guide profitability initiatives across regions.

You will partner with commercial leadership, pricing, and HR to ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX oversight, leveraging BI tools and ERP/CPM systems. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on commercial FP&A in international environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/CPM software (Oracle, Anaplan).
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly sales and margin analysis, delivering actionable insights and performance trends.
• Enhance reporting structures with BI dashboards (Tableau/EPM) and top-line visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analytics: customer profitability, rebates, win-rate and promotions.
• Oversee Commercial OPEX (SG&A and Personnel) across sales and marketing functions.
• Partner with GMT, P&P and commercial leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.
