CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a senior SAP SD leader to establish and lead a dedicated SAP SD team in Belgium, with a focus on logistics, ERP projects, workshops and tailored solutions.

You will drive presales activities, foster client relationships, and guide technical designs and CNT add-ons. Fluency in Dutch/French and English, plus willingness to travel internationally, are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent know-how in the SAP SD module with more than 5 years of experience.
• Strong consulting competences.
• Independent, customer- and solution-orientated work.
• Disciplinary leadership experience desirable.
• Experience with S/4HANA and new SAP technologies is highly appreciated.
• High willingness to travel.
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English.

Responsabilités

• Establishment and leadership of a SAP SD team in Belgium and continuous development of team members’ skills.
• Leading functional role with our customers within larger ERP projects focusing on Logistics.
• Conducting customer workshops and presentations.
• Presales: identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Consulting customers within SAP SD projects.
• Technical conceptual design and implementation of customer requirements.
• Support in the development of customer-specific enhancements.
• Conceptual design and implementation of CNT's own SAP add-ons.
• Technical project responsibility in customer projects (remote and onsite).
• Execution of implementation, optimization and release change projects.
• Mentor CNT consultants and young professionals; knowledge transfer in trainings.
• Own further training in hard and soft skills.
